And wapping the tube case with colorful printed 157gsm white art case paper. Also, it has do matt lamination on the surface to protect it. On the case paper, we use Heidelberg printer to print the client’s own colorful design. Also, to decorate the cylinder cardboard tube to look more vivid and shiny, we do golden foil stamping the flower figure design.
We do crimping tube lid ends and bottom tube ends. The crimping ends structure makes the cardboard tube packaging sturdy enough for heavy essential oil bottles, whether 30ml, 50ml, or 100ml. And the production cost for making crimp ends is cheaper than flat ends. Because the production of crimping cylinders is more automated. To keep the cosmetic essential oil bottle in the tube box firmly, we add a white EVA foam ring insert on the bottom tube box. The foam insert size is customized, made exactly based on the client’s own bottle size.
