Do business with Major custom is very easy, just send a email or message to us and our customer server will help you create your own packaging one step by one step.
1. Tell us the common specifications of the custom box packaging you want. It doesn’t matter if you’re not familiar of the packaging booking, just send us email or message, our professional customer server will help you one step by one step patiently to define what packaging you like and what packaging fit for packing your product. Most convenient, you can just show us picture of the packaging box you like and we know it.
- Style: Confirming the packaging box style you like, shape like like rectangle, square, round tube, heart shape, oval, book shape, animal shaped, customized style.etc.
- Dimension: Tell the box internal or external size, like gift box size: length x width x height (cm / mm / inch) or round tube box size diameter x height (cm / mm / inch).
- Material: Confirming the consist material of the box you want,like art paper, fancy paper, corrugated paper, kraft paper, coated paper, paper board.etc.
- Printing: Single color printing or CMYK full color printing or Pantone color printing.
- Finishing: what kind surface finish you want to make your box more bright, like matt / gloss lamination, hot stamping, embossing / debossing, UV, Screen printing .etc.
- Accessories: like Magnet, Ribbon, Button, Sponge tray / EVA foam tray / Plastic tray, plastic hanger, PVC/PET/PP window, .etc.
- Quantity: Tell us how many pieces you want? For packaging printing industry, the larger quantity the cheaper. Our MOQ be about 500 pcs.
2. We quote you reasonable price and lead time.
3. We make colored box / bag sample or dummy box and ship to you to confirm.
4. When box sample or adjust details be confirmed, we start the mass production after received your deposit.
5. When goods / bulk packaging be ready, we take photos of the bulk to you or ship you one product sample to check, or you can ask your own or third part QC to check the product quality. (All our products pass strict company QC check, we has confidence in our products quality).
6. We assist you arrange shipping the goods to you after receive the balance payment.
