Q1. What’s your main products?
A: We mainly produce different kinds of packaging such as: round tube packaging box, rigid paper gift boxes, corrugated boxes, PVC boxes, paper bag and label stickers. And also can print catalog, booklet, brochures, instruction sheets for packaging. We have big advantage in round paper tubes packaging manufacturing, which can provide good quality and 30% cheaper price tube box than ordinary competitions.
Q2. What’s the order procedure?
A: First please tell us what package you like and tell us details / specifications. Then we quote you with the best price. Once packaging specification and price be confirmed, we can produce dummy or colored box sample for your check (ship to you or take photo show you). Once sample and deposit be confirmed, we can go on the mass production.
Q3. What kind of file format I should provide you for printing?
A: Vector files such as AI, In Design, PDF.etc; if bitmap files like picture, photoshop, resolutions should not less than 300 dpi.
Q4. Can I get a sample?
A: Yes, we can produce paper box or bag samples with our digital sample machine which color can match 80% as the actual big printing machine, with custom paper and design and cutting.
Q5. What’s your Minimum Order Quantity?
A: Generally speaking, for rigid gift box, MOQ be 500pcs; for round box, MOQ be 1000pcs ~2000pcs; for card box or corrugated box, MOQ be 2000pcs. for plastic PVC, MOQ be about 3000pcs.And you know the larger quantity, the cheaper unit price.
Q6. How do you ensure your product and service quality?
A: All our processes strictly ahere to standard procedure. If the product doesn’t work properly as descrebed, and the problem is proven to be caused by our side, we will take responsibility and provide exchange service for the same specific item or give you some discount or refund as negotiated. Major custom staffs will always be here for you if any help needed.
Q7. If we don’t find needed package on your website, what should we do? Does your company produce packaging box as per client’s specific requirements?
A: Of course we provide OEM service and can produce packaging boxes or bags or label stickers based on client’s specific requirements. As website has limitation, we can not show all our products online. You can just send email to us about specific packaging you want and we will tell you if we can do. We can make box sample / box template for your check first before you place production order.
Q8. What about delivery time?
A: It depends on your product style and order quantity. Usually it takes about 3~4 working days to make colored sample and takes about one to two weeks to finish mass production.
Q9. What’s the payment terms?
A: Usually we do 30% deposit and then go on mass production, when goods be ready, we will take mass goods photo and ship mass product sample to your check (or you can ask the third part QC come to check goods quality). Then arrange shipping goods to you after receiving your balance payment.
